centrally located for easy Uber access to go to other parts of the island. good food within hotel. staff was excellent and tried really hard to overcome language barrier

Location is very convenient, close to main roads and downtown. Gaparuvu restaurant is very nice for breakfast (could open earlier though).

- Receptionist at check in and other staff were very helpful. - Room was in good size. - Restaurant had 1 option for vegan (Swiss potato)

Breakfast was not included but the caffeteria was very good, actually the combos for breakfast were a high point in this stay. Well located, close to airport and to the east side of Florianopolis.

Mercure Florianopolis is well located, close to roads to north and east beaches. It has restaurants and a shopping center close by, so it's very convenient.

The location is close to anywhere. At the restaurant there is a cashier whose name is Luciana, she is very proactive. She comes out to check the orders or any troubles. And she seems very friendly.
